Well-being Walks

Well-being Walks are organised by Windmill Community Church, leaving from the church centre each Thursday from 10:15am.

Each will be between 45mins to an hour depending on the ability of the group. 

We will walk a similar route each week, depending on the weather.

These walks are not meant to be hikes, but simply walks to help with our wellbeing. Physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.

Please just turn up. We will open up our coffee lounge for this group after each walk for an hour, so you can get some refreshment.
